Terms & Conditions
The business-portal rules for project workspaces, file sharing, approvals, billing, and DocuSign agreements on business.gregdavistech.com.

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply only to the GregDavisTech business portal available on business.gregdavistech.com. They govern access to the business workspace, including messaging, file uploads, requests, invoices, and DocuSign agreement workflows. They are separate from the public-site terms that apply to gregdavistech.com.
2. Accounts and Access
You agree to provide accurate account and project information and to keep your login credentials, verification codes, and access devices secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
GregDavisTech may suspend or limit portal access where there is a security concern, a payment issue, a misuse issue, or a project-status reason that requires the workspace to be paused.
3. Acceptable Use
The business portal is provided so project stakeholders can communicate efficiently, share files, review requests, and move work forward. You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content and not to interfere with the operation or security of the portal.
Administrative notes, internal approvals, and other internal business records may exist within the portal but are not part of the client-visible workspace unless expressly shared.
4. Uploaded Materials
Files you upload should be limited to materials relevant to your project. You represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
GregDavisTech may remove, restrict, or decline access to uploaded materials that pose a legal, security, or operational risk.
5. DocuSign Agreements and Addenda
The portal may present project agreements, amendments, change orders, and addenda through DocuSign. By using those features, you agree that GregDavisTech may route the relevant document, signer information, and project details through DocuSign to prepare, send, sign, countersign, track, and store the transaction record.
A DocuSign envelope, certificate, timestamp, status update, or signed PDF may be treated by GregDavisTech as part of the official project record. If a contract or addendum requires signature, project work may depend on that signature being completed.
6. Billing and Third-Party Fees
Invoices, payment links, and billing status may appear in the portal. Unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, third-party vendor charges, domain fees, hosting fees, API usage fees, app store fees, and similar pass-through costs are separate from the base project fee.
Failure to pay an invoice or maintain required third-party services may pause deliverables, maintenance, or portal access where necessary to protect the project and business relationship.
7. Availability and Limits
The portal is provided on an as-available basis. GregDavisTech may update, change, or remove portal features over time. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, third-party outages, or security work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GregDavisTech is not responsible for losses caused by third-party provider outages, signer delays, payment processor interruptions, or other events outside reasonable control.
8. Contact and Updates
Questions about these business portal terms can be directed to GregDavisTech through the project contact channels associated with your account. Continued use of the business portal after updates to these terms will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
